- Null’s Brawl provides a modified, fan-made version of Brawl Stars with unlocked content (brawlers, skins, etc.).
- This is not an official Supercell product and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use hacks, cheats, or exploits to disrupt gameplay.
- Share illegal, offensive, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, malware).
- Impersonate Supercell or claim our server is official.
- Spam, harass others, or overload our servers.
4. Intellectual Property
- Brawl Stars assets (characters, designs, music) are owned by Supercell Oy.
- Null’s Brawl does not claim ownership of Supercell’s IP.
- You may not sell, redistribute, or monetize content from our server.
5. Account & Data
- No accounts needed – Play anonymously.
- We do not store your gameplay data long-term.
- Temporary server logs (e.g., IPs) are auto-deleted within 7 days.
6. Disclaimers
- No warranties: The server is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee stability, safety, or compatibility.
- No liability: We’re not responsible for:
- Bans on official Brawl Stars accounts.
- Device issues caused by third-party downloads.
- Loss of progress (private servers may reset).
7. Third-Party Services
- Our server relies on external hosting/Anti-DDoS providers. Their terms may apply.
- Links to other sites are not endorsed by us.
8. Termination
We may ban users or shut down the server without notice for violations.
9. Changes to Terms
Updates will be posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland (Supercell’s jurisdiction).
